Stockholm - Berlin

In spring 2015 I got wanderlust again. I started from Stockholm on May 11th and went south. The landscape I passed was wonderful, after the winter everything seemed to be new painted in green and the spring flowers were blossoming in bright colours.
In Jönköping I had a lot of rain and headwind.

But soon the sun came back and I visited some nice natural forests in Småland, when I went west towards Göteborg.

There I met my sons and some of their friends.

Next day I went back east to Borås, where my choir was singing in the Gustav Adolf church.

We were several choirs from southern Sweden, altogether more than 400 singers!

From Borås I went southwest to Varberg on the west coast. I followed the coast all the way to Trelleborg and was happy to see the beautiful along the roads I used.

From Trelleborg I took a ferry to Rostock. On the ferry I met Thomas and Katrin, two long distance bicyclists who had travelled from Dresden to Copenhagen, Helsingborg and then to Trelleborg.

They planned to stay in Rostock for a couple of days but invited me to visit them in Dresden when I should pass there.

I continued south along the bicycle path that goes from Rostock to Berlin.
It was a wonderful path and there were a lot of signs so it was not so difficult to find. Sometimes I found my own short cuts.

After a day I anyway decided to share the big roads, because there were a lot of bicycle paths even along those.

It took me two days from Rostock to Teltow (south of Berlin), where I am now, visiting my sisters family.
